CART Enterprises will not sell, distribute, reveal, or otherwise make available any customer information. Should we need to contact you directly regarding your specific account or service we will do so via email only.

Use of Scripts

If your website requires the usage of any scripts that we did not make ourselves, you will be bound by their license. We will either send you a copy of the license agreement, or send you to their official site, if one exists. You do not own the scripts used. They are still the property of their original copyright owner. If copyright information is stated to remain visible, it shall remain visible. We will not remove it. If you remove it yourself, you will run the risk of what ever results if they discover you have broken their terms of service.

Use of CMS

Content Management Systems (CMS) are very flexible and easy to build with. If a CMS is used on your website, it can not and will not be sold to you. We are bound by the GPL license and can not sell a CMS to you. We can however, sell our services of installing the software for you, installing modules, setup, and design of the theme. We can not sell you the code.
